Crystal Bliss Session
I'm a certified Crystal Healer and bringing your chakras into alignment is something that is beneficial. When our chakras are balanced, meaning they are aligned and open, then our energy is constantly flowing. This allows "prana," which is "vital life force" in Sanskrit, to unlock higher levels of well-being and health both inside and out. Prana is an extension of energy just as a wave is an extension of the sea. It is thought to be the building blocks of all matter manifesting in this physical world.
Each crystal has a unique structure and healing frequency and it’s this special resonance that gives the crystal its healing power. When the crystal is used therapeutically and with focus, it helps to bring the body’s energy systems back into balance and stimulates the body’s natural healing processes so that the person can heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. Crystal therapy is non-invasive, gentle and restores harmony to the body, mind and spirit as it clears away negativity, fear, depression, and disease patterns to achieve feelings of well-being and wholeness.
Clients experience relaxation and rest while crystals are laid on the body. Once the energy starts flowing I sense where your chakras are in need of clearing and alignment. Crystals can be added or removed until the chakras are as close to perfectly balanced as your body will allow. This is done mainly with crystals but I also work with Reiki as well as color and aroma therapies to provide a fully blissful environment and transformational session.
Goddess Soul Session
These are unique sessions that are offered on a limited basis. These sessions are guided and created around the energy of a goddess. The monthly resources and circles I create around the goddess of the month are used to create an experience of energy unlike any other. This is not just a healing experience but a journey, a guided meditation that involves all of the senses. Music is carefully selected as are any crystals, scents, and colors that correspond with the goddess we are honoring. The hour long sessions can include other music such as drumming and vocals.
